- View the shop floor load as a result of planned and released the production orders.
- Use the Capacity Journal window to post-consumed capacities that are not assigned to the productions order, such as the maintenance works.
- Calculate and adjust the cost of the finished production items and consumed the components for the financial reconciliation.
Before you can plan and execute the production orders, you must configure the production capacities, such as creating shop calendars, routings, production BOMs (Bill Of Materials), and machine centers. Planning can be seen as all the preparation required supply orders in the assembly or the manufacturing departments to fulfill the demand.
- Get a brief introduction to how the planning systems can be used to detect and prioritize the demands and suggest a properly balanced supply plan.
- Understand how all the aspects/sides of the planning systems actually work and how to adjust the algorithms to meet the planning requirements in different – different environments.

- Forecast the production demand presented by expected sales and production orders.

- Use the Order Planning window to manually plan for sales or production demand one production BOM (Bill Of Material) level at a time.
- Use the Planning Worksheet window to run both the MPS (Master Production Schedule) and the MRP (Material Requirements Planning) options to automatically create either a high-level or detailed supply plan at all item levels.
- Run the requisition/demand worksheet to automatically create a full detailed supply plan to covers all the demand for items that are replenished/refill by purchase or transfer only.
- Initiate/update the production orders as rough-scheduled operations in the master production schedule.
Recalculating the work or machine center calendars due to planning changes.
- Track accurately all the order demand (tracked quantity), blanket sales orders, forecast, or the planning parameter (un-tracked quantity) that has given rise to the planning line in question.
- Get a view of an item’s projected available inventory by different views and see or analyze which gross requirements, planned order receipts, and other events influence it over time.
- Accordingly, Perform or analyze to get the idea about the selected planning activities, such as adding or changing the planning worksheet lines, in a graphical view of the supply plan.
3. Dynamics 365 BC: Team Members user
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Team Members subscription is a named user subscription designed especially for the users who are not tied to a particular function, but who require the basic Dynamics 365 Business Central functionality. Dynamics 365 Business Central Team Members subscription includes the read access, as well as some, write access for the selected light tasks across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functionality for a given tenant. This license requires that at least one other user be licensed with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Essentials or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Premium.
This cost $8 per user/ month

- Read anything within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Update the existing data and entries in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (MSD365 BC) – existing data are records like the customer, vendor or the item records, which are already created. Entries mean entries on which it is specifically allowed from an accounting perspective to update the specific information. (E.g. due date on customer ledger entries)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Team Members license the user can able to approve or reject the tasks in all the workflows assigned to a user • Create, edit, delete a quote • Create, edit, delete the personal information
- Enter a time sheet for Jobs
